Family Poem
Family
Families are like flowers that grow in the sun
Not to mention the warmth of smiles that beckons you
Upon approach and at end of great fun.
Each me
To some so near and others quite far.
It seems like yesterday, no more than a blink
That brings your heart to care - it’s somewhat bizarre!
Chatter of voices-joking, laughing, crying - enough to make you think
This could not be predictable
But it is always reliable
Because my family is a flower that grows in the sun
Only a small part of the garden that is attributable
To the reunion of families sharing love for each one.
